Romany Creams Recipe – The Ultimate Homemade Chocolate Coconut Sandwich Cookies

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line baking trays with parchment paper.

Roll the chilled dough between two sheets of parchment to about ¼-inch thickness. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on the prepared trays.
