Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Jerk Steak:

1 lb flank steak or sirloin, sliced thinly

2 tbsp jerk seasoning (store-bought or homemade — see below)

Juice of 1 lime
For the Jerk Shrimp:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Juice of ½ lime
For the Tropical Rice:

1 cup jasmine or basmati rice

1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)

1 cup water or chicken broth

½ tsp salt

½ cup diced fresh pineapple (or canned)

2 tbsp chopped green onions
