If you love the creamy coconut centers of Mounds and Almond Joy bars, you’re going to be obsessed with these bite-sized versions. They’re sweet, soft, and coconut-packed inside, then coated in a snappy layer of chocolate—just like the candy aisle favorites, but made at home with simple ingredients. The best part? No baking, no fancy equipment, and they’re perfect for holidays, cookie trays, edible gifts, or whenever a coconut craving hits.
Make them as Mounds Bites (all coconut, dark chocolate) or Almond Joy Bites (tucked almond inside, usually with milk or semi-sweet chocolate). Either way, they freeze beautifully and taste like a little luxury treat.
