- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can condensed tomato soup (10.5 oz / 298 g)
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz / 298 g)
- 1/2 cup milk (or half-and-half for richer)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, adds depth)
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Optional Add-Ins
- 1/2 tsp paprika (smoky or sweet)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup frozen peas or mixed veggies
- 1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms

Instructions
- Preheat: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook noodles: Boil egg noodles in salted water until just al dente (about 1 minute less than package).
Drain and set aside. - Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned
