👩🍳 Instructions
STEP 1 — Make the Cream Filling
-
Using a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
-
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
-
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
-
Refrigerate 15–20 minutes to firm up slightly.
STEP 2 — Prepare the Berry Center
-
Scoop small portions (½ tsp) of berry jam or pie filling onto a plate.
-
Freeze for 10–15 minutes to make shaping easier.
STEP 3 — Shape the Pastry Balls
-
Take a spoon of cream mixture and flatten it slightly in your hand.
-
Place a frozen berry center inside.
-
Gently close the cream around it, forming a smooth ball.
-
Repeat until all balls are formed.
-
Freeze the balls for 15–20 minutes so they hold their shape.
STEP 4 — Add the Crunchy Coating
Choose ONE or mix:
✔ Crushed biscuits
✔ White chocolate shavings
✔ Sprinkles
✔ Coconut flakes
-
Roll each chilled cream ball in the coating until fully covered.
-
For a firmer outer shell, dip the ball in melted white chocolate first, then roll in sprinkles.
