For the Chicken:

1 ½ lbs chicken tenders or chicken breasts cut into strips

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

1 cup buttermilk (or 2 eggs beaten + 2 tbsp milk)
For the Breading:

1 ½ cups crushed Ritz crackers (or panko for extra crunch)

½ tsp ranch seasoning

½ tsp paprika

1 tsp dried parsley
For the Crack Topping:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 tbsp ranch dressing or 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Chicken
