Crack Chicken Tenders

Juicy, crispy chicken tenders coated in a creamy ranch-cheddar-bacon topping — totally irresistible and perfect for dinner, game day, or party trays!


Ingredients (Serves 4)

For the Chicken:

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken tenders or chicken breasts cut into strips

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 cup buttermilk (or 2 eggs beaten + 2 tbsp milk)

For the Breading:

  • 1 ½ cups crushed Ritz crackers (or panko for extra crunch)

  • ½ tsp ranch seasoning

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

For the Crack Topping:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing or 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional)


Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.

  2. Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. Dip each tender in buttermilk (or egg mixture), then dredge in the cracker or panko mixture until fully coated.
