Air Fryer Apple Chips with Cinnamon Sugar

Thin, crispy apple slices air-fried to perfection with a light dusting of cinnamon sugar — the ultimate guilt-free snack!


Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 2 medium apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala work best)

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1–2 tsp granulated sugar or coconut sugar (optional)

  • Optional: a few sprays of oil (like avocado or coconut oil)


Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Apples

  1. Wash and core apples (peeling is optional).

  2. Slice as thinly as possible — about 1/8 inch — using a mandoline slicer or very sharp knife. Uniform slices = even crisping.


Step 2: Season the Chips

  1. In a bowl, gently toss apple slices with cinnamon and sugar.

  2. (Optional) Lightly spritz slices with oil for extra crispiness.


Step 3: Air Fry

  1. Arrange slices in a single layer in your air fryer basket or tray. Avoid overlapping.

  2. Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    • Check after 10–12 minutes — thinner slices cook faster.
