1. Baked Ham
Ingredients:

1 fully cooked bone-in ham (8–10 lb)

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup honey
-
1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp ground cloves
-
Pineapple slices or juice (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Place ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, and cloves. Bring to a simmer.

Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern. Brush half of the glaze over it.

Bake uncovered for 1.5 to 2 hours, brushing with more glaze every 30 minutes.

Optional: broil for 5 minutes at the end for caramelization. Rest 15 mins before slicing.
