Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders (Hawaiian Roll Party Favorite)

Ingredients

Sliders

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (or slider buns)
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (rotisserie chicken is perfect)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (plus more for dipping)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened (optional, makes filling extra creamy)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1/2 cup thin-sliced tomatoes or 1 cup baby spinach

Buttery Topping

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning mix (or 1/2 tsp dried dill + 1/2 tsp dried parsley)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese (if using),
    garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until creamy and well mixed.
