- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (rotisserie chicken is perfect)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (plus more for dipping)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened (optional, makes filling extra creamy)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: 1/2 cup thin-sliced tomatoes or 1 cup baby spinach
Buttery Topping
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp ranch seasoning mix (or 1/2 tsp dried dill + 1/2 tsp dried parsley)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
