For the Potatoes

3 lbs (1.3 kg) Yukon gold potatoes, peeled & sliced into thick rounds (½–¾ inch)

4 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1–2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional (for extra flavor):

½ cup heavy cream (for a richer melt-in-your-mouth finish)

Fresh thyme or rosemary

1. Prep the Potatoes

Peel potatoes and slice them into thick, even rounds (½–¾ inch).

Place slices in a bowl and toss with:
