White Chocolate Peppermint Oreo Fudge

  • Spread the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.

  • Smooth the top using a spatula.

6. Add the Peppermint Topping

  • Sprinkle crushed candy canes and/or extra Oreos on top.

  • Press lightly so they adhere.

7. Chill Until Set

  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm.

  • Once set, lift the fudge using the parchment paper and transfer to a cutting board.

8. Cut into Squares

  • Use a sharp knife (lightly warmed under hot water helps).

  • Cut into small squares — this fudge is rich!

⭐️ Tips for Perfect Fudge

✔ Use quality white chocolate

Better chocolate → smoother, silkier fudge.

✔ Avoid overheating

If the chocolate becomes grainy, it’s overheated. Keep heat low and constant.

✔ Want more crunch?

Fold in whole mini Oreos instead of chopped.

✔ Want a stronger peppermint flavor?

Add up to 1 ½ tsp peppermint extract (taste before adding more).

🍬 Variations

Cookies & Cream Version (no peppermint)

Replace candy canes with more Oreos and skip the extract.

Thin Mint Style

Use chocolate mint cookies + a little green food coloring.

Crushed Andes Mints Topping

Adds melt-in-your-mouth chocolate-mint flavor.
