White Chocolate Drizzled Biscotti

A classic twice-baked Italian cookie, crisp, aromatic, and absolutely perfect for dunking in your morning coffee or evening tea. These biscotti have a warm, spiced flavor and a lightly sweet white-chocolate drizzle that makes them both elegant and irresistible.


Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup melted butter (unsalted)

  • 1 tablespoon milk (only if dough feels too dry)

For the Drizzle

  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil (optional, for smoother drizzle)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2. Combine dry ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together:
