ULTIMATE Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

Optional add-ins / substitutes:

  • Green beans instead of corn

  • Mixed frozen vegetables for more color & nutrition

  • Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience

  • Add herbs (parsley, thyme) for extra flavor


‍ Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prepare
    Preheat your oven to 350 °F (≈ 175 °C). Grease a 9×13‑inch baking dish (or similar casserole dish). The Cookin Chicks+1

  2. Mix the Sauce & Base
    In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soups, milk, salt and pepper until smooth. The Cookin Chicks+1

  3. Combine Everything
    Add cooked noodles, shredded chicken, corn (or veggies), diced onion, minced garlic, shredded cheese, and bacon (if using) into the bowl with the sauce. Stir until everything is evenly coated and mixed. The Cookin Chicks+1
