❤️ Tender Sliced Beets

  1. Place beets in a steamer basket over boiling water.

  2. Cover and steam 45–60 minutes, until tender.


3️⃣ Peel and Slice

  • Let beets cool slightly.

  • Use your hands or a paper towel to rub off the skin — it slips off easily!

  • Slice them into rounds like the image.


4️⃣ Season (Optional but Delicious!)
