Ingredients

Turkey Wings
- 3–4 lbs (1.4–1.8 kg) turkey wings (whole wings or drumettes/flats)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme (or poultry seasoning)
- Optional: pinch cayenne or chili flakes
Onion Gravy
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 cups (720 ml) turkey stock or chicken broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1/2 tsp thyme (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
