Silky Crab Fettuccine Alfredo (Restaurant-Style, 25 Minutes)

  • 1 cup baby spinach (stir in at the end)
  • 1/2 cup peas (add with pasta)
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine (add after garlic; reduce 30 seconds)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Salt it well (about 1 tbsp).
    Cook fettuccine until al dente, following package timing. Before draining, reserve
    1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. Start the sauce. While the pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over
    medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–45 seconds until fragrant
