Ingredients (Makes a 9×13-inch pan)
For the Cookie Bars:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup packed light brown sugar

2 large eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp salt
For the Peanut Butter Frosting:

½ cup creamy peanut butter
-
¼ cup butter, softened
-
2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)

2–4 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment.
Step 2: Make the Cookie Dough

In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.

Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until smooth.
