When you need a holiday treat that looks adorable, tastes irresistible, and takes almost zero effort, these Christmas M&M Pretzels are the answer. They’re the perfect sweet-salty combo: crisp pretzels, melty chocolate kisses, and a festive M&M pressed on top like a little holiday button. They’re ideal for cookie trays, school parties, movie nights, and gift bags—and best of all, they’re ready in minutes.
These are also a lifesaver recipe because you can make a big batch fast, and everyone (kids and adults) reaches for them first.
Ingredients (makes ~50–70 pieces)
-
1 bag mini pretzel twists OR pretzel snaps (any shape works)
-
1 bag Hershey’s Kisses (milk chocolate is classic; Hugs work too!)
-
1 bag Christmas M&M’s (red + green)
Optional add-ons (fun, but not required):
-
Sprinkles
-
A pinch of flaky salt
-
White chocolate drizzle
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C).
(Low heat = melts chocolate without losing shape.) -
Set up
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange pretzels in a single layer. -
Add Kisses
Unwrap and place one Kiss on top of each pretzel. -
Warm to soften
Bake for 3–5 minutes, just until the Kisses look shiny and soft (not fully collapsed). -
Press M&M
Remove pan from oven. Immediately press one M&M into the center of each softened Kiss. -
Cool + set
Let them set at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, or speed it up in the fridge for 10–15 minutes. -
Serve or store
Transfer to a bowl, cookie tray, or gift container—try not to “taste test” too many.
