Chocolate Peanut Butter Snowballs with Caramel Drizzle (No-Bake, Creamy, Candy-Shop Good)

Introduction

Snowballs are the easiest “fancy” dessert: mix a few pantry ingredients, roll into bites, chill, dip, drizzle, done.
The peanut butter center is smooth and sweet, the chocolate shell adds that satisfying snap, and caramel ties it all
together like a candy-bar finish. Make them for parties, gifts, or a hidden fridge treat you “accidentally” keep for yourself.

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Snowball Centers

  • 1 cup (250 g) creamy peanut butter (not natural/runny)
  • 1/4 cup (57 g) butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups (180 g) powdered sugar (add up to 2 cups if needed for rolling)
  • 1/2 cup (45 g) crushed graham crackers (optional, adds structure)

Chocolate Coating

  • 10–12 oz (280–340 g) chocolate (semi-sweet, milk, or dark), chopped or chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or shortening (optional, for a smoother dip)

Caramel Drizzle

  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1–2 tsp heavy cream (optional, to thin if needed)

Optional Finishes

  • Flaky sea salt
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles (holiday-ready)

Yield: about 20–30 snowballs (depending on size).
