White Chocolate Jelly Candy Bars (2-Ingredient Treat!)

These bright, fun, chewy bites are made by combining melted white chocolate with chopped jelly or gummy candies, then letting the mixture set before cutting into squares. They’re irresistibly sweet, festive, and kid-friendly!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups (350–400g) white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

  • 1 to 1½ cups gummy or jelly candies, chopped into small pieces
    (Jelly beans, gummy bears, fruit chews, Turkish delight, etc.)


🍫 Instructions

1. Prepare Your Pan

  • Line a baking sheet or a flat tray with parchment paper.

  • Lightly grease the paper if needed.


2. Melt the White Chocolate

You can melt it two ways:

Microwave Method

  1. Add white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Heat for 30 seconds, stir.

  3. Heat again in 15-second intervals, stirring each time until fully smooth.

Stovetop Method

  1. Place a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler).

  2. Add white chocolate and stir until melted and glossy.


3. Add the Jelly Candy

  • Stir the chopped jelly candies into the melted chocolate.

  • Mix gently until everything is evenly coated.


4. Spread the Mixture

  • Pour onto the prepared parchment paper.

  • Spread it into a flat, even rectangle about ½ inch thick.


5. Let It Set

  • Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or until the chocolate is firm enough to cut.


6. Cut Into Pieces

  • Use a pizza cutter (as shown in your image) or a sharp knife.

  • Cut into bite-sized squares or long rectangles.
