Ingredients (Serves 4)

For the Chicken:

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup buttermilk (or 1 egg + 1/2 cup milk)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
