️ Lamb Chops & Shrimp Boil

A fusion of land and sea! Smoky grilled lamb chops meet buttery, spicy shrimp boil goodness — all on one epic plate.


Ingredients

For the Lamb Chops (serves 4)

  • 8 lamb chops (bone-in rib or loin chops)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: splash of balsamic vinegar or red wine for marinade depth

For the Shrimp Boil

  • 1 lb large shrimp (shell-on or peeled/deveined)

  • 1/2 lb andouille sausage or smoked sausage, sliced

  • 4 small red potatoes, quartered

  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds

  • 1 lemon, halved

  • 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp cayenne (optional, for spice)

  • Salt to taste

  • Water for boiling

For the Garlic Butter Drizzle

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
