- 1 can (14 oz / 396 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Baileys Irish Cream (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (optional, extra chocolatey)

Topping
- 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream, very cold
- 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
