Introduction
You get a juicy patty with deep, savory beef flavor, then a glossy teriyaki glaze that adds sweet-salty umami. Top it with
grilled pineapple—warm, caramelized, and a little tangy—and suddenly the whole burger tastes brighter, bolder, and more fun.The best part? This recipe is simple and flexible. Grill it for char and smoky flavor, or cook everything in a skillet in under
15 minutes. You can keep it classic with lettuce, tomato, and onion, or go full “Hawaiian plate lunch” vibes with a spicy mayo
and extra teriyaki drizzle. Either way, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
Secret to next-level flavor: Reduce the teriyaki sauce for 2–3 minutes so it clings to the burger like a sticky glaze.
