unfair advantage. Imagine warm, fluffy bread bites brushed with garlicky butter… then split open to reveal a creamy, cheesy seafood filling
packed with shrimp and crab. They’re indulgent, crowd-pleasing, and exactly the kind of appetizer that disappears first at a party.
The filling is inspired by classic crab dip: cream cheese for richness, a little mayo for silkiness, mozzarella for stretch, parmesan for
salty bite, and Old Bay (or any seafood seasoning) for that unmistakable coastal flavor. Using refrigerated biscuit dough keeps the recipe
fast, but pizza dough works too if you want a slightly chewier bite. Bake until golden, brush with more garlic butter, and serve immediately—
because these are at their best when the cheese is still melty and dramatic.
Party trick: Set these on a platter with lemon wedges and a bowl of warm marinara or spicy aioli for dipping.
