🍫 “Never-Gets-Old Fudgy Chocolate Loaf Cake”

Pour in ½ cup of boiling water.
It will look thin — don’t panic, this is how it becomes super fudgy!

Stir gently until smooth.

5️⃣ Bake

Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 45–55 minutes, depending on your oven.

You’ll know it’s done when:

  • The top is shiny with those classic brownie-like cracks

  • A toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs (not completely clean)

6️⃣ Cool & Serve

Let cool 15–20 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm or at room temperature — AMAZING both ways.

🍽 OPTIONAL ADD-INS

  • ½ cup chocolate chips (extra gooey!)

  • A small pinch of espresso powder (deepens flavor)

  • A swirl of peanut butter or Nutella

  • Sprinkle flaky salt before baking

TIPS TO MAKE IT PERFECT EVERY TIME

✔ Use good-quality cocoa powder
✔ Don’t skip the boiling water — it’s what gives the cake its fudgy texture
✔ Don’t overbake — slightly gooey = perfection
✔ Wrap slices individually and freeze for quick treats
