For the Chicken

1.5 lbs (700 g) chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil or butter
For the Creamy Sauce

3 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish
🔥 Instructions
1. Season & Cook the Chicken

Season chicken bites with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken pieces for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
2. Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt the butter.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well.

Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, and onion powder.

Let the sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes until thick and silky.
