1 cup (200 g) brown sugar, packed

1 ½ cups (180 g) powdered sugar

2–3 tbsp milk or cream

1️⃣ Prepare the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together on medium speed until creamy and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well each time.
